1994.5-2002 Powerstroke 7.3 Liter "EZ"
The Ford Power Edge EZ is installed underneath the hood and plugs into the IPC sensor. It only takes a couple of minutes to install and features 4 power settings. The Ford Power Edge EZ produces 50 hp and 100 lb-ft of torque, and it greatly improves throttle response, drivability and towing performance. The Ford Power Edge EZ can also be run in conjunction with a chip, or "stacked." When used in conjunction with a chip, the Power Edge Edge EZ provides 25-35 hp above and beyond what the chip produces. The Ford Power Edge EZ fits '94 + Powerstrokes regardless of computer code. The Ford Power Edge EZ is waterproof and mounts underneath the hood.

With the introduction of the Evolution, Edge has entered a new realm of the aftermarket diesel industry. Contained in the tiny module is the capability not only to improve drivability and performance, but also the ability to display and clear trouble codes, remove the speed and rev limiters and adjust power levels. The Evolution connects directly into the OBDII port underneath the dash. Once connected the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the trucks ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily switched back to stock at any time. The Evolution was created with a small lightweight design that allows personalized control with the touch of a button. With a backlit LCD screen, seeing and reading codes has been made simple. The unit not only displays codes, but also displays a description of what these codes mean, which eliminates copying the code down and then finding a manual to look them up. |

EJC1000A - 04.5-05 CHEVY/GMC DURAMAX (6.6L) LLY JUICE
The Edge Juice is a completely weatherproof module that easily installs underneath the hood. With the addition of the Attitude monitor you can add five levels of adjustable power ranging - from 30 to 120 horsepower* - and increase torque up to 275 foot pounds*. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.
The Juice communicates along the engine’s CAN-BUS data stream, from which it receives vital engine, transmission, and fuel system information. This enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power curves that are truly custom, rather than just an offset from stock.
The Juice also monitors the transmission slippage when the torque converter clutch is engaged. The power level is decreased if any slippage is detected. This prevents damage from being caused to the transmission, and also prevents the power train from erroneously generating fault codes and entering “limp mode”.
The Juice also limits the amount of power increase during transmission shifts when the torque converter clutch is engaged and also when the torque converter clutch is being engaged. This allows the torque converter clutch to engage without slippage causing “limp mode”.
When the torque converter clutch is engaged, fifth gear on the Allison 1000 transmission will hold about 680 foot pounds of torque before slipping. Gears 2-4 with the torque converter clutch engaged have never slipped in Edge’s testing. (We have tested over 900 foot pounds of torque with no slippage). Without the sophisticated transmission monitoring that the Juice performs, the total power increase would need to be limited to the weakest conditions to prevent “limp mode”. |

The Edge Comp module maximizes engine efficiency by monitoring the RPM, timing, turbo boost pressure and fueling parameters. The module uses this information to determine and control both fueling and timing enhancements for the Bosch fuel injection pump. Timing and fueling enhancements are controlled via CAN-BUS through the Data Link and by connecting directly into the Bosch fuel injection pump.
The Edge Comp features five power levels with power gains from 40-120 horsepower. Each of the five power levels has an independent five-level adjustable responsiveness setting, providing for a total of 25 levels of adjustability! De-fuel mode is exited once stock fueling equals the fueling controlled by the Comp. This way the transition is smooth and cannot be felt while driving. De-fuel mode is entered the easiest in sub-level 1 and has the smallest allowable fuel increase, while sub-level 3 de-fuel mode is not entered as easily and has a larger allowable fuel increase.
Sub-levels 4 and 5 allow adjustment of the additional fueling above stock based on boost level. Sub-level 5 adds the most fuel at low boost; Sub-level 4, which adds less fuel than Sub-level 5, corresponds to jumper setting 2 on the EZ.
The amount of additional fuel added is calculated, the amount actually added after being compared to boost from the total is as shown below:
Sub level 1: 33% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 20 psi boost
Sub level 2: 50% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 15 psi boost
Sub level 3: 67% is added at 0 psi boost
100% is added at 10 psi boost
Fuel may be added at 0 psi boost on all Sub Levels and EZ Jumper settings unless the de-fuel mode is entered as described above.

Contained in this compact module is the next generation of performance technology. The Evolution programmer can improve driveability and deliver substantial horsepower and torque gains. The modified transmission strategies will not only improve the feel and performance of the shifting, but can also help extend the life of the transmission.
The Evolution connects directly into the OBDII port underneath the dash. Once connected, the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the truck¹s ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily switched back to stock at any time.
The Evolution has three power levels designed to fit your specific needs, whether it be towing or all out performance. There is even an option to improve the shift characteristics without changing engine performance. The Evolution will also display 0-60 and quarter mile times for before and after performance testing.

ECAT1000 - Edge RV Module
This module will work on the CAT 3126 B and E model engines. Edge has seen an increase ranging from 25-40 horsepower and 90-120 foot pounds of torque. This results in an average increase of 5 mph up a 7% grade, although results will vary with each truck, the increase makes a fantastic improvement in driveability. We have also seen an increase in fuel economy ranging from 0.5 to 1 mpg depending on driving style.
The module contains four power settings:
Level 1 = 25 hp 90 ft. lbs of torque
Level 2 = 30 hp 100 ft. lbs of torque
Level 3 = 35 hp 110 ft. lbs of torque
Level 4 = 40 hp 120 ft. lbs of torque
These levels are adjusted with the jumpers located underneath the back faceplate.
