Allison Rebuilt Transmission 01-04 153600 - Allison Rebuilt Transmission 01-04

Duramax and 8.1 Vortec truck driver's that are experiencing all or a large combination of the following problems with their Allison Transmission may require upgrading to Bully Dog's new High Performance Transmission:

  • Transmission goes into neutral under heavy acceleration
  • Sudden loss of power under acceleration
  • Sets check engine light & codes
  • Gets stuck in one gear
  • Burnt clutches
  • Slips into neutral under load
  • Shifts slow under extra horsepower

All of these problems represent transmission slippage. Bully Dog's Allison Shift Enhancer can hold up to an extra 50 horsepower. Beyond that requires a full transmission upgrade which will increase the holding capacity of the transmission by 244%. When combined with a new torque converter, Bully Dog will warranty that the transmission will hold over 550 rear wheel horsepower. In field testing, a Duramax equipped with our high performance transmission held over 600 hp without slippage and ran 12.6 second quarter miles. Bully Dog warranty is for 1 Yr LTD with unlimited mileage.

Ford 7.3 Liter Power Stroke 1999.5 - 2003
Bully Dog's RFI systems are advanced air flow intake systems built to increase the engines ability to breath. By replacing the restrictive stock air intake, RFI increases horsepower, torque, fuel efficiency and can decrease exhaust gas temperatures. By removing the stock air box and replacing it with a metal heat shield and using a conical air filter you can maximize the air filter cleaning area and allow the engine to breath easier and product more horsepower.
